Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

United States orders

Orders shipped to the United States are sent with duties and import taxes prepaid through DDP shipping.

This means that US customers should not need to pay extra customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

International orders outside the United States

For customers outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may be charged by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
