Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return requests must be approved before the item is sent back
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order leather covers are created specifically for your selected size, leather colour, pocket layout, planner model and personal setup.
For this reason, custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, incorrect or there was a mistake with your order.
This includes personalised leather covers, bespoke covers, made-to-order planner covers and any item created according to your selected options.
Ready to Ship Items
Ready to ship items may be eligible for return if they are unused, in their original condition and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
If the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We may accept exchanges for eligible ready to ship items, depending on availability.
Custom and made-to-order items cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged, incorrect or there was a mistake with the order.
For international exchanges, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
