Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We make every effort to display product details, colours, materials and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography and the natural handmade character of our products.

Many Elysian Paper items are handmade or made to order. Small variations in leather texture, colour, stitching, grain, marks and finish are part of the natural character of vegetable-tanned leather and handmade production.

We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order leather covers are created according to your selected options, such as size, leather colour, pocket layout, planner model and additional details.

Please make sure all selected options and order notes are correct before placing your order.

If we need clarification about your planner model, size or custom details, we may contact you before preparing your order. Delays in response may affect processing time.

Orders & Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee final acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect product information, pricing errors, inventory issues or inability to complete a custom request.

If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded where applicable.

Payments

We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers.

By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.

Processing Times

Made-to-order and custom items require time to be created. Processing times may vary depending on the product, design complexity, leather choices and current studio workload.

Ready to ship items are already made and usually ship faster.

Shipping & Customs

Orders are shipped from Greece.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, postal service, courier delays and customs processing.

Customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply depending on your country, unless otherwise stated at checkout or in our shipping policy.

For United States customers, duties and import taxes may be prepaid through DDP shipping when stated. Please refer to our Shipping & Customs policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, incorrect or there was a mistake with your order.

All content on this website, including images, text, product designs, logos, graphics and branding, is the intellectual property of Elysian Paper unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

Our products are intended for normal personal use. Please use leather goods, accessories and writing tools with care.
